What does Tenants Contents Insurance cover?

Covers your landlord’s possessions, fixtures and fittings up to the value of £4,000.

This protects your own items from theft or damage. We can arrange different levels of protection, depending on the value of your possessions.

If you’re taking items away from home, this policy will provide cover for repair or replacement if lost or damaged while out and about. Varying levels of cover can be arranged, depending on the value of your possessions.

If you keep a bicycle at home, this policy will pay up to £300 in the event that it is stolen or damaged.

If a guest or member of the public suffers an injury as a result of visiting your home, they may decide to take legal action. This policy provides up to £2million to cover the cost of legal fees and compensation awarded.

Only available with our Gold package, it provides up to £300 for the contents of your freezer.

This extension can be added for damage caused by domestic pets to your landlord's property. It does not cover your own items.
