Adele joined Gibbs Denley Insurance Services (later to become One Broker) back in 2003, fresh out of university. She started out as a Trainee Account Handler and has worked her way up to become Commercial Manager.

In this role she is responsible for managing the Commercial team (handlers and broking technicians) in addition to supporting her own clients.

Adele is mother to 3 small children and enjoys exercising when she has a free moment. Her main hobby is running.
