Cert CII-qualified Chris joined One Broker in 2003 as a Claims Technician. Since then he has become a Senior Claims Technician before progressing to Claims Manager.
His role sees him manage the Norwich Claims Department. He monitors workflow and team workloads, providing technical advice to team members, managing a delegated authority scheme and completing file audits. He also has his own caseload, which involves managing complex claims.
When he’s not working, Chris collects vinyl and DJs at various bars and clubs around Norwich. He has a Norwich City FC season ticket, enjoys going to the gym and watching films.
