Jack joined One Broker Ambulance as a Broking Technician back in September and has been learning about the work we do with our clients ever since.

Having previously worked as a Customer Advisor and Quality Assurance Officer for another broker, he now supports the One Broker team, handling enquiries, assisting with renewals and new business enquiries. 

He has a two-year-old daughter and, when he’s not at work, enjoys spending time with his family in Essex.
