Julie started at One Broker as a Claims Technician in 2012 before being promoted to Senior Claims Technician. She’d previously worked as a Claims Handler for 13 years prior to having her (now grown-up) children. 

Cert CII qualified, Julie deals with the Ambulance Scheme claims, along with more general claims and a share of the Goods-In-Transit Scheme.

Outside the office, Julie enjoys reading, gardening and bowling.
