Louise has built up a wealth of experience in insurance since joining the industry in 1988. She holds the CII Certificate qualification and has spent her career honing her skills in personal lines, including as a manager of a personal lines department. She joined One Broker in 2022 and now administers the household schemes along with the high net worth book of business. 

When not working, Louise is a keen gardener and loves to spend time socialising with her family and friends.
