Rachael started work in the One Broker Claims department in 2018 before moving into a Broking Technician role within the Ambulance Team. She is now a Broking Executive.
Her routine duties include processing renewals, carrying out mid-term adjustments, answering day-to-day policy enquiries and handling new business enquiries.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping fit outside of work.
