Senior Personal Lines Account Handler Sharon joined John Albion (now part of One Broker) back in 2003.

After initially joining the company on a part-time basis while her daughter was young, she gradually took on more responsibility and became a team leader. Over time, she transitioned to a full-time role, assisting with the running of the business at John Albion until it became part of One Broker.

She now solely focuses on administering policies under the specialist Home Insurance scheme, which includes renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business, quotes and cancellations, as well as responding to customer queries.

In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing and spending time with her family.
