Here For You: A Message From One Broker's Group Director

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to have an impact on our lives and our businesses, our first thought is that you, your loved ones and your teams are keeping safe and well.

The purpose of this communication is to reassure you that we are open for business as usual and providing the best service possible.

In the face of disruption, we have risen to the challenge and have developed new ways of working:

• Offices are closed to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
• All staff are working remotely and have access to the technology and the systems they need.
• Claims contacts and processes remain unchanged – we’re here to help.
• Telephone numbers remain the same – they have been diverted to our staff, wherever they are working. If they are unable to answer because they're on another call, please leave a message or send them an email. They will get back to you as soon as possible.
