How using a smartphone and claims app can work for your business

The rising cost of motor claims is an issue for insurers and businesses across the UK.

  • This efficient method of quick reporting could reduce your time managing claims

Cons

  • Drivers may not need to make a claim for some time, so training and deployment of the app is key
  • The information recorded must be accurate to avoid incorrect or inadequate reporting
  • This may not appeal to drivers who are not familiar with using smartphones
