One Broker Broking Team Grow from Strength to Strength
The One Broker group’s Broking Team, consisting of staff from Gibbs Denley Insurance Services, One Broker (Cambridge) Ltd, One Broker (Norwich) Ltd and One Broker (South) Ltd, has grown from strength to strength in the last year. The diverse team of broking professionals, consisting of Broking Technicians, Broking Executives, Account Executives and Directors, has never been stronger thanks to a surge of recruitment amid ever-increasing demand for One Broker’s services.
From humble beginnings as small independent companies, Gibbs Denley Insurance Services, KTIB, NWBIB and PJW joined forces to create One Broker, listed by Insurance Age as the UK’s 37th largest independent commercial insurance broker in the UK. While joining the One Broker group, each entity brought with it a loyal band of staff, many of whom had been with the companies for a number of years. Since this, One Broker has gone on to recruit several talented, hardworking broking professionals who work tirelessly to serve their clients.
One Broker now boasts a Broking Team of over 65 individuals, spread throughout offices in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Working in partnership with clients, listening to their individual insurance requirements, One Broker’s broking staff negotiate with insurers on their client’s behalf. As regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, this provides reassurance that the broking professionals will provide the most suitable advice, working in the best interests of their clients.
