If you need to report an incident outside of our normal hours, please refer to your policy schedule to find the name of your insurer.

Listed below are those insurers who offer 24-hour claims notification helplines for you to use when we are unavailable. If your insurer is not listed below then please refer to your documents or contact us when we open.

We recommend that you have your Policy Number available at the time of telephoning. 

Please note: To report any urgent household Protector Plus or John Albion/Thatch claims to Aviva please call 0800 012345. The following information will need to be provided and can be located on your policy schedule:

  1. The Aviva block policy number - 1760N00002 (John Albion/Thatch) and 0060N00001 (Protector Plus).
  2. Your policy number – the number detailed after the block policy number
  3. The inception/effective date of your policy
  4. Details of the applicable policy excess
  5. Dates of birth for any policyholders
